Citadel Completions Participates in Several Fall Career Fairs!
Citadel Completions was honored to participate in a few wonderful employment career fairs this fall with huge turnouts! The first event was Fort Polk’s Fall Annual Hiring Event. Joel McSpadden, Director of HR, and Patti Romine, Sr. HR Generalist of Citadel partnered with Fort Polk for this event as they have for several years now, and every year it’s a great success.
LeTourneau University’s (LETU) career fair in Longview, TX, was the second road trip. Mrs. Romine and Mari Espenshade, HR Generalist spoke to over 70 students and received a multitude of resumes. Citadel supplied LETU a 747 engine in 2020 which has been very instrumental in teaching their Airframe and Powerplant program students.
Simultaneous to the LETU event was McNeese University’s 2021 Career Expo’ in our own backyard. Kayla Credeur, Payroll & Benefits Coordinator, and Kurt Jansen, Engineering Project Lead of Citadel attended the Company’s sponsored event. They promoted Citadels’ Engineering and Design Internship programs, which students can apply for annually at the end of April, beginning of May for a ten (10) week program.
