Lake Charles, Louisiana – Citadel Completions was recently honored to host a U.S. Marine Corps VH-60N “White Hawk” helicopter in conjunction with a visit to Southwest Louisiana by President Donald J. Trump. Ahead of the President’s pre-planned arrival, Citadel’s primary hangar was the temporary home for the VH-60N, as well as several Presidential motorcade vehicles and accompanying U.S. Secret Service and U.S. Marine personnel. On May 14, 2019, President Trump landed at Chennault International Airport aboard Air Force One, and was then transported by motorcade to a local liquid natural gas facility where he spoke about future domestic job creation and energy infrastructure. The VH-60N and its crew remained on standby in the Citadel hangar. President Trump returned by motorcade, waving at Citadel team members as he drove by the hangar, and departed on Air Force One as planned.
